Moreover, it's of critical importance for Governor Huckabee to have a large block of firmly-committed delegates at the GOP convention, both to influence the GOP platform on the issues of importance to traditional conservatives, and to determine who is ultimately the GOP nominee (it is possible than no candidate will have enough votes to win prior to the Convention).
Governor Huckabee has advised his supporters that "We just finished a campaign event here in Arkansas. The crowd was great and very enthusiastic. Arkansas will lead the way for us tomorrow as we begin to add to our delegate count. Polls in Missouri, Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama also show this race too close to call. We are in the middle of the fight for the Republican nomination and our hopes are running high."
What we need to do tomorrow is turnout every Huckabee supporter we can.

If Huckabee is acting as anthing but spoiler for McCain, and possibly Hillary why does he not attack the front runner? You and a dozen other websites that "support" Huckabee all attack Romney without a word for the McCain.

Talk radio has given almost no scrutiny to Romney's flip-flopping, failures and liberal record. They are wailing on McCain, so why duplicate their work.

I think it is arrogant and presumptous to

2. Continually slander Mike by saying that Mike is somehow making life easy for McCain.
Mitt's contest for nomination is hard because of what Mitt has done. You make the assumption that ~ 50% of republicans (add mikes' national poll numbers with McCain) are idiots/stupid (your quote) who do not do their own research and are somehow influenced by Mike such that Mike is 'stealing' votes for McCain.
Why not say that Mitt is stealing McCain's votes? Or Mitt is stealing Mike's votes? You see the flaw in your logic.
Mike and McCain need not do anything. Mitt's actions have effectively sealed his own demise when he demonstrated his ability to be inconsistent.
I think the America map at the bottom of this page says a lot. Huck knows that he has zero chance of winning the nomination....he is clearly in it for the VP spot at this point and has made it quite clear that he hopes to get it from McCain, not Romney. I'm fine with him having stayed in it this far, but if he doesn't drop out very soon after Tuesday it will clearly show that he doesn't care about the direction this country is headed, but rather only cares about his own personal power.

Mike has shown hands down what he can accomplish with his humble funds as compared to Mitt and the millions of his own money he has spent to get no closer to the nomination. No matter what the outcome today (although I pray it is a real victory for Huck), Mike will stay in the race because he feels, as do I, that he can lead this country better than the liberal candidates disguised as conservatives. The people who want Romney criticize Huckabee for raising taxes while he only raised fees. Romney was pro-abortion, is still a gay marriage or rights supporter but Mary tells us he will appoint the conservative judges we will surely demand.
Are you kidding me, you want me to believe that he'll be better and more trust-worthy on these critical issues than Gov Huckabee? We must have 'sucker' tatooed on our foreheads.
Huckabee has gone out of his way to NOT make Bishop Mitt Romney's life as a Mormon proselytizer/missionary/Stake President an issue.
The only one who is running from and abusing his "faith" is Mitt Romney.
First, Romney ignored it when he governed as a social lib in Mass. Second, he hid behind deceptive platitudes in his bogus "religion" speech. Third, he's fanned the flames by misrepresenting the "no religious test" provision of the Constitution. Fourth, he's ignored the teachings of it by spewing out a sewer-load of attack ads. Fifth, he's played the "identity" politics game in Mormon country when it suited him, yet his followers gripe non-stop about such politics when they may be running against them.
Romney, not Huck, is the one who has played the religion card in this race.
